Latest addition to the "Birds on a Wire" series, finished in the wee hours this morning. I just came back from Vancouver Island after visiting my wonderful family for Christmas. While there, as usual, I took hundreds of pictures of the telephone poles as we were driving. I love the "country" and farm land, and this painting just came together as a metaphorical "Looking Back" through my life and where I came from.
